Refund policy

The Meleros returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery of your product.

Change of Mind
We are unable to provide you with a change of mind return.

Allergic Reaction
Please seek medical advice immediately. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible should a reaction occur. A refund will be granted if you wish, and we ask a photograph is emailed to hello@meleros.com.au for our customer service team to investigate.

Incorrect Product Delivered

Meleros takes great care to ensure the correct product is sent to you. In the event an incorrect product is delivered to you, a return or refund will be granted.

Return Procedure
Please ensure you pack the product you wish to return with the Return Tracking Number (RTN) we provide indicated on the box. No products can be returned without written authority and approval from our customer service team. It is recommended that the return be sent by a tracked delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt. 
Meleros will not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. If a refund is granted our customer service team will refund you the way in which the purchase was originally made.
